Online shopping can be tough but we're here to make the return process seamless. Process your return on our site or message us through our website within 14 days of receiving your order.
ONLY returns sent back for store credit or an exchange are totally free.
Orders sent back for refund can either be sent back by you directly or we can arrange to send you a shipping label and the cost will be deducted from your refund.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Garments must not have been worn, washed, or altered.
- No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, hygienic stains, etc.
- All tags must be intact and returned in their original packaging.
- The hygienic liner must not have been removed or reattached from swimwear
* A decision to refuse a return that is not compliant with the Chi Chi return policy is final and cannot be refuted.
Purchases marked as "Final Sale" are final and ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind. There are no exceptions.
Prepaid shipping labels are currently available for US returns only. Request a label above to make an international return for store credit or a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Please allow 2-5 days for a refund to reflect on your bank statement once your return has been processed.

Shipping charges, gift cards, and store credit are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
